A new show home has just been completed at Linden Homes’ small and exclusive Bouverie Walk in the south of Salisbury. Set behind an electronically gated entrance, Bouverie Walk consists of thirteen new homes and lies in Harnham in the southern tip of this beautiful old city, just where the city meets the fields and rolling hills of the Wiltshire countryside.
The new show home is the Avon – a four bedroom detached family home. It has been stylishly decorated and furnished to complement the cleverly designed interior space which has been arranged with family living in mind.
Help to Buy* is a Government backed equity scheme that enables buyers to purchase a new home with just 5% deposit and a 20% Government equity loan – a loan that can be repaid at any time within the first 25 years.
An equity loan is effectively a second mortgage in the form of a lump sum.
So, you provide the 5% deposit, your mortgage company lends you 75% of the value of the house, leaving 20%, which is the portion that the Government will lend to you - interest free - for five years.
Alternatively, Linden Homes has its own Part Exchange* scheme available: This scheme offers an excellent opportunity for customers to buy their new house, whilst leaving the hassle of selling their old home to Linden Homes.
Under the scheme, Linden Homes will become your guaranteed buyer so you don’t have to market your home, arrange viewings or deal with the estate agents (or pay their fees). Linden Homes will offer you 100% of the market value of your existing property, then once they’ve taken it on, you are free to concentrate on buying your new Linden Home.
