Despite it being a year of change for the UK, sales have remained buoyant at Linden Homes’ The Orchards development in Thornbury.
In fact, in just four weeks the leading housebuilder sold an impressive nine homes. Sue Scholfield, sales and marketing director at Linden Homes, commented: “The Orchards has always been a popular development as the homes are well-designed and close to good schools and local amenities, with easy access to the motorway and just 12 miles from the city of Bristol.
