RG1 Is A Sell Out!
26 Feb 2013

Linden Homes development in Reading – known as RG1 – has sold out. It took impressively, just three months for the entire collection of 20 one and two bedroom apartments to be snapped up.

As soon as these homes were released for sale in October, enthusiastic buyers were reserving them off plan.

Simon Pendlebury, director of sales and marketing at Linden Homes (recently named by What House? as Best Large House Builder of the Year) comments:

“Being so centrally located, and of course being built to the high specification that is characteristic of all our homes, we were confident that these lovely apartments would appeal to commuters and residents of Reading. We knew they would sell quickly and the first time they appeared online.

“What has also been particularly interesting is the fact that half of the properties were sold to investors. This demonstrates the investment opportunity there is in Reading, which is often chosen for its fantastic commuting link ups; proving as the perfect pad for professionals working locally or travelling into London.”

Part of the appeal of the apartments is their town centre location – sitting in the heart of this thriving hub.

Another attraction was the easy access to the rail network. RG1 is just 0.2 mile from the station – where you can catch a train to London Paddington and be in London in around half an hour. Going the other way, Bristol Temple Meads is just 1.5 hours away.
