Linden Homes is holding a part exchange event at Silver Tides in Westward Ho! on Saturday 11th October to help homebuyers who have a property to sell and where visitors will be able to obtain a part exchange offer for their existing home that same day.
Part exchange enables homeowners to buy a new home and sell their existing home in one, quick, hassle-free move; there’s no chain and the company will pay the estate agents fees.
