Linden Homes is holding an open house event at its Camomile Lawn development in Totnes on Saturday 17th and Sunday 18th February from 10am to 5pm.
The development will open the doors to its last few remaining homes so visitors will have the opportunity to look around and see the space for themselves.
Brian Deacon, sales and marketing director for Linden Homes, said: “Homebuyers can come along to the event and view the finished Parkham, Hamilton, Blackmore, Kennford and Ashcombe housetypes. We can also arrange for them to speak to an independent mortgage expert who can offer free advice on their next move.
“At the event, visitors will be able to reserve their chosen home for £99 and we’ll pay the stamp duty, available on selected properties until the end of February.”
