Even though its developments, show homes and sales offices are closed, Linden Homes Midlands (part of Vistry Group) continues to stay ‘open for business’ for house buyers who are in the process of purchasing a new home and for those who have moving on their mind.
The company is continuing its communication with the many customers who are currently on the house buying journey, and have introduced new steps and advice when it comes to meetings between them and their sales teams.
Linden Homes Midlands sales and marketing director Nicky Chapman said: “It is paramount at this time that we all follow the Government guidelines on social distancing and to stay at home – with the health and safety of our customers and our employees our first priority.”
“While we are not able to operate the ‘business and usual’ policy in its strictest sense, we want to assure customers – existing and new –that we are still very much open for business and here to talk to them about their current journey or to give them vital information they need to start or move forward with a purchase.
“While technology cannot replace the physical face to face meeting, our sales teams are fully briefed on what, at this moment in time, is the next best thing – a virtual meeting.”
