New Sales And Marketing Director For Linden Homes South West
21 Nov 2018

Linden Homes has appointed Emma Colin as its new sales and marketing director for the south west region.

Sidmouth-born Emma has returned to the westcountry after working for Ballymore in London for the past four years, as head of international sales and marketing. She was involved in the impressive new US Embassy in zone one and the regeneration of the Leamouth peninsula in East London, which included the relocation of the English National Ballet and London Film School.

With 14 years’ experience in the property industry and extensive knowledge of the south west market, Emma has been regional sales manager for Redrow, head of land and new homes at Strutt and Parker and has a background in interior design, which triggered her passion for property.

Responsible for a team of 30 at Linden Homes, she will direct the sales and marketing department and oversee each area, including: pricing, selling, conveyancing, PR, marketing and advertising.

Emma will be based at the company’s regional head office in Exeter. Commenting on her relocation and new appointment, she said: “It’s wonderful to be back in the south west, it’s such a beautiful part of the world – with stunning beaches, moors and rolling hillside – you really can’t beat it. I loved working in the buzz of London but the pull of the south west was just too strong and with so much opportunity in this evolving area, it seemed to be the perfect fit.

“I look forward to continue building Linden Homes’ reputation along with the rest of the team, making communities and selling well-designed new homes that complement their environment and benefit the local market. We have some very exciting new projects lined up that will certainly keep me busy!”

Emma, 34, lives in Exeter with her husband and plays netball for the Rockettes in the Exeter and District Netball League.

Bradley Davison, managing director of Linden Homes South West said: “We do have some fantastic new developments launching next year in Newton Abbot, Exeter, Chudleigh and Falmouth and we’re delighted to have Emma on board with her breadth of knowledge and experience.”

Linden Homes is currently building: Tithe Barn in Exeter, Kings Gate in Kingsteignton, White Rock in Paignton, Camomile Lawn in Totnes, French Furze in Blackawton, Church Walk in Newton Abbot, The Oaks in Chudleigh, Sherford near Plymouth, Boslowen in Camborne and Montbray in Barnstaple.
