Developer Linden Homes Midlands has strengthened its regional sales team with a new key appointment.
Tracey Gibson has taken up the post of sales manager, and will be responsible for existing and new sites in and around Leicestershire and Northamptonshire.
With a passion for property, self-confessed people person Tracey has around 15 years’ experience in the estate agency, commercial construction and new homes sectors.
Having worked with new homes developers at a number of levels, including in sales and managerial roles as well as staff training, Tracey joins existing Linden Homes Midlands’ sales manager Bev Bray and Karen Stockwell to complete the expanding team.
Tracey said: “I am thrilled to be joining Linden Homes Midlands and its enthusiastic team, and to be part of its expansion throughout the region.
“My main focus in the first instance will be to look at increasing sales on existing developments, spending time on site talking to sales colleagues and customers, as well as overseeing some of the newer developments.
Tracey, a former recipient of a Regional & Divisional Sales Advisor of the Year award, added: “I am very people and customer focussed, and have a general love of property and interior design.”
Linden Homes Midlands’ sales director Clare Phillips said: “We are delighted to welcome Tracey to the post of sales manager. Her background in property and new homes will certainly stand her in good stead for the role, and her enthusiasm will further enhance the dedicated and hard working team.”
