Millbrook Park Sells Fast

In April it was reported that, following the launch of the new three, four and five bedroom homes at Linden Homes’ extremely popular Millbrook Park development in Mill Hill, five of them were reserved straightaway.

Just a month on and 36 of the homes have been reserved or sold.

Simon Pendlebury, Linden Homes’ sales and marketing director says Millbrook Park was always expected to attract a lot of interest but these figures have surpassed all expectations. He says it’s a combination of a desirable location and a desirable product:

“Millbrook Park is beautifully placed – with an NW7 postcode, it’s within easy reach of the centre of London via the tube. But it is positioned far enough out of the capital to feel like a haven: It’s close enough to the city centre to be within Travelcard Zone 4 and the nearest tube station to Millbrook Park is Mill Hill East which is within easy walking distance of the development.

“But Mill Hill has lots of green space, parks and golf courses and the development itself has a lovely history – the new homes are located in the grounds of the what was the renowned Inglis Barracks, home for many years to the officers of the Middlesex Regiment. This lovely old building has now been refurbished to create a series of apartments, all of which sold off plan.”

The remaining homes available at Millbrook Park are all five bedroom homes and these are expected to be as popular as the three and four bedroom homes.
