Linden Homes Thames Valley Welcomes New Land Manager

Linden Homes Thames Valley has welcomed the latest valued addition to its growing team, with new land manager Rachel Pramayon coming on board. This new significant appointment, demonstrates Linden Homes’ commitment to land acquisition in the Thames Valley area.

Reporting into land and planning director Stephen Swinscoe, Rachel is based in the region’s offices in Abingdon, Oxfordshire, and will be involved in organising new land acquisitions through to steering proposed developments through the planning process.

Rachel is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and joins Linden Homes Thames Valley after working as a chartered surveyor at a private practice in Henley-on-Thames.

She said: “I am joining the team at Linden Homes Thames Valley at a very exciting time. There are ambitious plans afoot to expand the business and I am keen to embrace the challenge. Linden Homes is growing at such a rapid pace and our imminent land plans will really put our name on the map.

“Being part of an ambitious company is important to me and I’m eager to help deliver more quality homes for people to live in sustainable and popular communities.”

Rachel lives with her husband near Kidlington, Oxfordshire. She enjoys hiking, running and fine dining.
