Linden Homes has hosted an exclusive champagne reception, where land agents, consultants and planning contacts were given more insight into the company’s aims and ambitions for the future in and around the capital.
Aptly set against the London skyline, a prestigious gallery in Bankside was the choice venue for Andrew Richards, the company’s new group managing director to share the business’ plans and aspirations.
Guests were interested to hear about key milestones achieved this year and how under Andrew’s direction, the company plans to put Linden Homes firmly on the London map.
Andrew commented: “This event was an opportunity to showcase areas in and around London where we already have a presence and will be looking to extend our reach in the coming months and years. London and the South-east play an important role in these plans and it was great to see so many people keen to hear our plans.”
The event highlighted some key success stories this year for the company which picked up Housebuilder of the Year at the Housebuilder awards. These included ‘Millbrook Park’, in Mill Hill, North London a part refurbished, part new build scheme where Linden Homes has secured two phases and will be building 251 homes. He also recognised ‘Ashlar Court’ in Hammersmith, a flagship conversion scheme recently launched near the Chiswick High Road.
Other projects currently in play include one in conjunction with the Mayor of London set to deliver the first urban Community Land Trust regeneration project of the St Clement’s Hospital site.
Andrew commented: “We recognise that key to our success is the relationship that we have with land agents and consultants. We understand that their credibility relies on our commitment. Linden Homes is here and is ready to do business. We are in the position of being financially robust with a flexible Board who are ready and willing to make decisions quickly and efficiently to achieve these goals.
