Linden Homes Scoops Top National Housebuilding Awards (Impact)
12 Nov 2013

Linden Homes has won two major accolades at the prestigious Housebuilder Awards which celebrate the very best in UK housebuilding in terms of design, build and service to the customer.

Demonstrating excellence across all areas, Linden Homes won the top prize of the event and was crowned Large Housebuilder of the Year.

The business also picked up the award for Sustainable Housebuilder of the Year, which recognises The Linden Homes National Apprentice Programme; The Linden Homes Foundation; commitment to its customers; and championing a pragmatic retrofitting scheme as an option to the government’s Code 6 zero carbon building regulations.

Clive Wiltshire, Managing Director of Linden Homes Western, which has the Impact development in Midsomer Norton, said: “This is an outstanding achievement and one of the highest levels of recognition for everyone across the business.

“It is testament to the passion and drive of our people and evidence of our success in our commitment to deliver industry leading homes and service to our customers. Congratulations to everyone who has worked so hard to enable these significant wins.”

Earlier this year, Linden Homes won Housebuilder of the Year at the Ideal Home Show’s Blue Ribbon Awards. For a full list of awards, see http://www.gallifordtry.co.uk/about-us/awards.
