Sue Scholfield, sales and marketing director for Linden Homes Western, explained: “I believe this is the first time we’ve held a weekend event at every one of our developments – it’s a great idea! Not only will we be running exclusive offers, but visitors will also be able to speak to an independent mortgage advisor and find out exactly how our schemes work – we really could help you move sooner than you think.
“On some developments, homebuyers could reserve a new home with just £99 or we could pay your Stamp Duty up to £20,000 – just come along to the event and ask us about our bespoke move in packages that we’ll tailor to suit you.”
