Linden Homes has just launched Magister Square a collection of thirteen three and four bedroom homes situated less than 800m from the sea front in the Hampshire seaside town of Lee on the Solent.
Not only is the beach nearby, but the town centre, with its broad selection of independent shops, restaurants and cafes, is only about a mile away.
Tina Chalk, the marketing manager at Linden Homes Southern says the official launch of Magister Square was a great success:
“We had lots of visitors who were very interested to see these homes because of their great location. And those who looked around the show home said they were impressed with what they saw. We always find that people are particularly taken with the Linden Homes’ finish. I think our customers like the fact that the kitchens and bathrooms are all tiled and completed to a very good standard. They have told us that when they looked round, they could really imagine themselves living there.

Visitors also mentioned that the location was a key factor for them – as well as the layout and design of the homes. Most of the Magister Square homes have their own garage and all are finished throughout to the sophisticated and award winning Linden Homes’ standard.
Magister Square is set in a quiet residential area and, because these homes are situated in Lee on the Solent, they are within easy reach of Portsmouth and Southampton. Portsmouth Harbour station is just under 3.5 miles away; Fareham station is just under 4 miles away.
One option to consider, if you think you might be interested in one of the homes at Magister Square, is the popular Government-led Help to Buy Scheme.
Linden Homes’ customer Gary Mannion is one of the 17,000 or so homebuyers to have taken advantage of this equity loan scheme - which is now a year old. He moved into his new Linden home last December:
