With the summer sun shining and the cool jazz tunes filling the air, visitors to the Heartlands development in Driffield enjoyed the perfect back drop to an Open House event.
Potential buyers from the local area and further afield enjoyed the event, hosted by Linden Homes East Yorkshire, with the chance to find out more about the development and the money saving incentives currently available.
Music from Mathew Smith’s Good Time Jazz Band helped the afternoon go with a swing, with the fantastic four-bedroom Berkeley and Barlow view homes opening their doors to visitors.
As fantastic addition to the existing Berkeley show home, both these view homes are ready to buy complete with carpets, ceramic flooring, window dressings with curtains and blinds, light shades and turf.
The sales team was on hand to show viewers around the homes and the development. Visitors included the Cope family from Hull – who attended the Open House in their search to find the perfect home for daughter and first time buyer.
The Heartlands development at Spellowgate is building in its early sales success, with a number of new homes having already been sold from plan.
The development itself boasts a range of three and four-bedroom homes, many of which are ready to move into now.
Heartlands is made up of 84 stylish properties, suitable for everyone from first time buyers and downsizers to young professionals, and families and those looking to step up the housing ladder.
Designs currently available to reserve include the Marston; a three-bedroom semi detached home with kitchen/dining room and separate lounge – a perfect property for those stepping onto the housing ladder.
The four-bedroom Barlow and Berkeley detached styles are also available to reserve. These family homes boast spacious ground floor with open plan kitchen / dining / family room and separate lounge.
