Linden Homes Creates A Buzz Across Bedfordshire With New Developments
14 May 2014

DEVELOPER Linden Homes is creating a buzz across Bedfordshire, with the first of two developments almost sold out within just two months of being launched.

Only one of the 24 homes being built at the Harvest Meadow development in the village of Dunton remains for sale, making it the company’s fastest selling regional development to date.

Many of the new homes have been snapped up from plan – and the huge forward interest means all residents are due move in by August.

Meanwhile, the countdown is on to the launch of the Kestrel Ridge development in Sandy, which is poised for a September show home opening.

The showpiece of the development will be four-bedroom Langford housetype – a spacious family home.

The development will boast a collection of 36 two, three and four-bedroom homes on the site at Station Road on the outskirts of the town.

The development’s close proximity to the town’s railway station makes it a desirable commutable retreat into London, with stations on route via Biggleswade, Hitchin and St Neots – as well a boasting excellent road links to the A1 and A1(M).

With discerning home hunters placing increasing importance on locations in which they live, award-winning Linden Homes continues to strive to address the work/life balance issue facing many modern day singletons, couples and families.

However, there is the chance to benefit from the best of both worlds, with Kestrel Ridge’s position just four-miles from the renowned RSPB sanctuary offering a location in which to also relax and enjoy life.

And while the development won’t be officially launched until later in the year, home hunters now have the chance to reserve one of the homes fresh from the drawing board – and reap the many benefits offered from buying off plan.

Contemporary kitchens and bathrooms, energy efficiency fittings and a 10-year National House Building Council (NHBC) protection are among the many advantages, as well as:

  • Selecting a plot with a sought-after south facing garden
  • Choosing their preferred taste in bathroom wall tiles
  • Choosing their preferred kitchen units and worktops
  • Having a blank canvas from which to plan their new home
  • Lower utility bills and reduced maintenance bills that new homes can offer
  • New materials used in the construction process also mean that new homes are more energy efficient than their older counterparts
