AWARD-WINNING Linden Homes has strengthened its sales team in the North with two key appointments.
Recently appointed sale manager Sarah Procter brings with her a wealth of experience, as well as a degree in property management, to work alongside the sales and marketing team at the developer’s Hessle head office.
Sarah, who joins the company from a national house builder, will be providing additional support for regional sales manager Melanie Parker.
With some 25 years’ new homes industry experience, Julie Watts will soon become a familiar face to customers around the North Lincolnshire, York and East Riding regions.
Julie will be working in a sales executive role around Linden Homes’ popular developments before heading up the sales team at the company’s Thorpe Willoughby development when it opens later in the year.
Close to the town of Selby, the village of Thorpe Willoughby will be the location for a new community – with Linden Homes having planning permission for 149 two, three and four-bedroom homes.
Melanie said: “We are delighted to welcome both Sarah and Julie to the team and are sure that they will have a lot to offer the company – thanks to the experience they already have and their willingness to become part of the Linden Homes family.”
