Lincoln Home Hunters Can Reserve New Designs At Development’s Next Phase
20 Aug 2021

Home hunters in Lincoln can now reserve a property from a brand-new range of designs unveiled as part of the next phase of Linden Homes’ Bracebridge Manor development.

The newly released two and three-bedroom homes are included in the second phase of the already popular Bracebridge Manor development, located in the self-contained village on the outskirts of the Cathedral city.

They include the two-bedroom bungalow Glaston; ideal for downsizing or those looking for open plan living all on one spacious floor.

Along with the traditionally-styled three-bedroom Beckett and Elmslie designs - complete with generous living and dining areas and spacious bedrooms with ensuite to the master bedroom - these are new additions to the Linden Homes (part of Vistry Group) property portfolio.

Sales manager Louise Graham said: “The first phase of the development has already proved hugely popular; with a growing number of reservations and our first residents now settling in.

“With the second phase now released, we anticipate an equally high level of demand from those looking to reserve from plan, and we are also delighted to be showcasing a number of new designs which we hope will fire the imagination of buyers.”

Work on the new phase is already underway, with the first homes due for completion by Christmas.

Located in the shadows of the impressive Lincoln Cathedral, Bracebridge Manor comprises 102 two, three and four-bedroom homes, with wide appeal to everyone from first time buyers, young professionals, families and those looking to downsize to the commuter-friendly village.

The Home Exchange (formerly Part Exchange) and Smooth Move (formerly Assisted Move) schemes are available.

In addition to the new homes, Linden Homes will be ploughing over £700,000 into local community benefits through the S106 agreement with the local planning authority to fund schemes including:

  • £51,000 towards improvements at the Bracebridge Heath Practice
  • £287,989 towards Bracebridge Heath Primary School
  • £100,000 towards the provision and maintenance of cycleways and facilities serving the development.
  • £300,000 towards Lincoln Eastern Bypass

There will also be an onsite play area and provision of affordable housing.

Just two miles from historic Lincoln – with its landmark Castle, many bars and restaurants, cobbled shopping areas with independent boutiques - Bracebridge Manor also benefits from easy access to the A15 to Sleaford and the A607 to Grantham.
