THERE is a last chance to buy a stunning new family home at Linden Homes’ exclusive town development in Knaresborough.
Since the development was launched at the start of the year, sales have soared at Jacob Smith Gardens – where 75 per cent of the new homes have now been reserved.
Just three of the 12 stunning three, four and five-bedroom homes are left for sale at the development, which is transforming the town’s former Somerly site (owned by the late Miss Winifred Jacob Smith).
