With Mother’s Day just around the corner - who better than a mum and daughter sales team to guide you through the part exchange journey at a themed open weekend in Cawston?
While many mums and daughters will be celebrating Sunday March 31 in each other’s company over lunch or a get together, Heather and Holly Jackson will be spending the day working together at the Linden Homes Midlands’ development The Spinneys.
The hard-working duo came up with the idea of staging a Part Exchange weekend at their popular new homes site to promote the hassle-free incentive of buying a new property for those buyers with an existing one to sell.
The event will take place at The Spinneys during the weekend of March 30 / 31 – with every Mum who walks through the door on the Sunday receiving a complementary floral gift!
The Spinneys is a collection of three, four and five-bedroom homes, with the village location offering the very best in peaceful rural living, along with the convenience of being just a short distance from Rugby.
Under Part Exchange; where Linden Homes will arrange for at least three independent valuations of your existing home and will make you an offer based on their suggestions.
Once you agree the offer, and subject to satisfactory surveys, Linden Homes becomes your cash buyer, freeing you up to put in a reservation on your new home.
After that, it's a case of setting a moving-in date, boxing up your things, and basking in the relief of a quick chain-free move to the home of your dreams. You can stay in your existing home until your new one is ready.
