Just Two Homes Remaining At Maidenhead's Boyn Hill Gardens
17 Jun 2014

There are now just two homes remaining at the very popular Boyn Hill Gardens development in Maidenhead. These two homes both have four bedrooms.

Home 61 has a kitchen/breakfast room and a dining/living room with patio doors to the garden. Upstairs, bedroom one and two both have ensuite bathrooms. There is another bathroom on the second floor, along with bedrooms three and four.

Home 56 has a similar layout. It has bi fold doors to the garden and balconies on two of the bedrooms. This home also comes fully furnished with curtains, carpets and light fittings included. Linden Homes can also offer to pay 2% towards the stamp duty*.

Boyn Hill Gardens is located just off the quiet and leafy Boyn Hill Avenue in this historic Berkshire town and is close to the beautiful All Saints Church on Boyn Hill Road.

The homes are within easy reach of the centre of Maidenhead where the River Thames runs beneath Maidenhead Bridge.

Simon Pendlebury is the sales and marketing director at Linden Homes Chiltern:

Maidenhead is a beautiful town – and an historic one that is very popular with commuters: you can catch a train from Maidenhead and be at Paddington in approximately 45 minutes. If you’re driving, the A4 and M4 to London, Slough and Reading are also within easy reach.”

Both of these homes qualify (just) for the Help to Buy scheme as it can be used to purchase new homes up to the value of £600,000.

The Help to Buy scheme* is based on an equity loan from the Government: New home buyers (including first time buyers and home movers) can borrow up to 20% of the property price from the Government without being charged loan fees for the first five years.

Crucially for many the all important deposit can work out as little as 5%.

Or, to make it easier to buy one of the few remaining homes at Boyn Hill Gardens, you may like to take advantage of Linden Homes’ Part Exchange scheme*.

Under the scheme, Linden Homes becomes your guaranteed buyer – and takes on the task of having your existing property valued and marketed.

With that side of the move dealt with, you can concentrate on buying your new home because you won’t need to arrange viewings of your old home, you don’t need to pay any estate agents fees and there are no brittle property chains to threaten your moving plans.

To find out more about the two remaining four bedroom homes at Boyn Hill Gardens or for more information about Help to Buy or our Part Exchange scheme, please visit the sales and marketing suite on site which is open daily from 10am to 5pm (4pm on Fridays).
