House Building Role Comes Full Circle For Linden Homes' Sales Manager Pat

Two decades after her first sales manager role – working in the house building industry has come full circle for Linden Homes West Yorkshire’s Pat Tennyson.

With a wealth of new homes and estate agency knowledge to her credit, Pat (pictured) has recently been promoted to sales manager for the region from her previous post as connections and marketing manager.

Pat’s first sales manager role was with Stamford Homes in 1997 until 2008. During a break from the new homes sector, Pat went to work in estate agency for a time before joining Linden Homes North (now East Yorkshire) as a sales executive in 2013.

She worked on a number of developments, including at Cleethorpes, Grimsby and Market Rasen until these were completed. After providing cover for maternity leave, Pat then took up a post in July 2016 as connections and marketing manager for the newly-formed Linden Homes West Yorkshire region, based at the Wetherby head office.

With a number of developments under her remit, Pat was recently promoted to sales manager.

She said: “My many years of working with Stamford Homes – which later became Linden Homes – has certainly been varied, either working closely on site with customers or working on the administrative sales side at head office. I’m delighted to be in my exciting new post, as part of a dynamic team in a growing region.”

Pat lives in Doncaster with her husband Stuart and enjoys going to the gym, walking and cycling. She is currently in training for a 10km challenge later this year.
