Linden Homes is holding a Home Reach event at The Park development in Chippenham on Saturday 9th and Sunday 10th March, to help homebuyers make their move.
Taking place between 10am and 5pm, the event will enable visitors to find out more about Home Reach, a fantastic new part-buy-part-rent scheme that is helping hundreds of people afford the space they need. Everyone who attends will be entered into a draw to win a family cinema voucher at Reel Cinemas in Chippenham.
Linden Homes is working in partnership with heylo to offer the scheme on selected homes. Wayne Bennett, director of Home Reach, said: “Home Reach can enable people to secure their perfect home when they didn’t think it was possible by taking out a mortgage for half (or more) of the property and paying a low monthly rent on the other portion; customers can then pay more money into their property at any time.”
