Due to the success and popularity of its previous phase on the site, Linden Homes has launched a brand-new phase of homes at its development in Shinfield, Reading.
Situated in a picturesque village setting, but just five miles away from the bustling town of Reading, Langley Mead at Shinfield Meadows will offer a beautiful collection of one- and two-bedroom apartments as well as three- and four-bedroom homes.

Using the Help to Buy – Equity Loan scheme, home buyers need just a five per cent cash deposit, with the Government providing an equity loan of up to 20 per cent of the value of the property being bought. Purchasers then need to secure up to a 75 per cent mortgage.
Alternatively, buyers needing to sell their current home can take advantage of the Assisted Move scheme, which can save time and thousands of pounds, with the home builder liaising with the estate agent on the customer's behalf, as well as paying the fees.
