Green Leas Provides Village Lifestyle With Modern Conveniences

Award-winning housebuilder Linden Homes is continuing to expand its development program in the east, announcing the launch of its exclusive new development, Green Leas, in the picturesque Hertfordshire village of Braughing.

Green Leas, a boutique development of just 17 new homes, was officially launched last weekend, with dozens of VIP guests turning out to inspect the beautiful new community. Already, five of the private homes have been sold or reserved off-plan.

Development works are well underway, with the first completions due late this month, and total completion expected at the end of June. Once completed, Green Leas will comprise a mix of spacious three-bedroom semi-detached homes, as well as luxurious four and five-bedroom detached houses.
