Little did Gary (49) and Annemarie Brook (47) know that when they stopped at Linden Homes’ Millwood Park development out of curiosity, they would become the proud owners of a beautiful new four bedroom detached home for them and their two older children, thanks to Help to Buy* and Assisted Move‡.

Gary, a driving instructor said: “We weren’t even looking or thinking of moving but when my wife and I drove past, we thought we’d stop and have a look on the off chance. When we saw The Bodiam we didn’t need any more convincing.
