BUYERS looking for a brand new family home in Market Rasen this January can save around £72,000 with Linden Homes.
Snapping up a newly built three or four-bedroom home in the popular Lincolnshire market town of Market Rasen is currently cheaper than moving to a second hand property within just one mile of the attractive De Aston Park development, research reveals.
According to the latest figures from a national independent property price index, the average price of a four-bedroom home (either new or second hand) is just under *£257,000.
