'First Look' Weekend Inspires Flurry Of Sales At Heritage Park
13 Aug 2015

A flurry of properties were reserved off-plan by eager customers following the popular debut of award-winning Linden Homes’ Heritage Park collection in Radstock.

The opening weekend of the transformative development in the heart of the town inspired two busy days of appointments on August 1st and 2nd when customers were shown round the emerging high quality neighbourhood.

Four of the stylish two-bedroom apartments were later reserved, as well as one of the two-and-a-half-storey three-bedroom townhouses. Linden Homes’ Part Exchange scheme also drew strong interest in a possible sixth sale.

Heritage Park comprises 150 new homes made up of a mix of stylish one and two-bedroom apartments and a choice of thoughtfully laid-out three and four-bedroom family houses.

Sue Scholfield, sales and marketing director at Linden Homes Western, said: “To have close to a third of visitors convert their interest into reservations is a great result. It shows what an attractive set of homes we’re offering, in a fantastic location.

“The early popularity of Heritage Park is reflected in the range of customers: from first-time buyers and downsizers to second-home owners and investors. We’ve had local people, and from Bath and Bristol too, drawn by the choice and amount of property available for your money.

“Heritage Park is transforming this part of Radstock and the feedback has been very encouraging. Our visitors loved the quality, style and design, as well as the layout and size of the rooms, and the connections and location. We’re expecting sales to be brisk so we’re advising customer to register with us to get the latest news.”

Part Exchange saves months of hassle with property chains through Linden Homes acting as the guaranteed buyer on qualifying properties and paying estate agent’s fees in one quick, trouble-free agreement.

Eligible home-hunters choose their home and within seven days a valuation on their property will be made by three local estate agents and a cash offer made. The only thing left to do then is set a move-in date and get packing.

For residents at Heritage Park, a range of independent stores are on the doorstep, as well as a local library, healthcare centre, children’s centre and a good selection of schools all serve this well-rounded community.

Commuters are within easy reach of Bath and Bristol as well as Frome, while at the weekends there is the stunning Somerset countryside, with the Mendip Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty just to the west.

Back at home and high quality fixtures and fittings run throughout the properties, including integrated kitchen appliances as standard, plus a 10-year NHBC warranty and two-year customer care warranty.
