AWARD-WINNING Linden Homes is building on the popularity of its existing Peterborough development with a new phase of superb family homes.
Called White Willows @ Burghfield Place, the 36 two, three and four-bedroom homes at the Gunthorpe location will see some brand new designs – including for the first time at this development, a range of three-bedroom detached styles.
Located at the front of the current development off Manor Drive, many of the homes on the new phase will overlook green open space on the outskirts of the city centre.
Work is already under way, with a stunning new show home, The Helpston, due to open its doors to visitors in the next few weeks.
The Helpston housetype is a four-bedroom family home, with a spacious ground floor lounge, separate kitchen and dining room, utility room and downstairs cloakroom.
Four generous bedrooms make up the first floor, along with family bathroom and ensuite to the master bedroom – presenting the perfect home for the modern family.
This is one of a number of designs that will make up White Willows @ Burghfield Place, conveniently located close to the A15 Paston Parkway and the nearby villages of Gunthorpe and Werrington.
Reservations are now being taken from plan and a number of incentives – including assistance for first time buyers or customers with an existing home to sell – are also available.
