Downsizers And First Time Buyers Are Drawn To Ruislips' Orchard Grove

Ruislip’s Orchard Grove development, just five minutes from Ruislip High Street, has opened its doors for two separate events to introduce prospective buyers to the lovely two bedroom apartments that are now available.

Knowing that many of their clients are likely to be either first time buyers or down sizers, Linden Homes arranged two special open days. The first, which targeted first time buyers, was held all day on Saturday 12th May.

Visitors to the event were able to chat to the Orchard Grove sales executives about the new apartments and also discuss mortgage options with a representative from the New Homes Mortgage Helpline. They were, of course, also shown around the beautiful show home.

On the following Thursday Linden Homes held a special coffee morning aimed at potential buyers who are considering moving to a smaller home. The visitors met the sales executives and had a chance to discuss options for selling their existing homes with estate agents who were on hand with expert advice.

The apartments at Orchard Grove are all two bedroom homes, most of them have two bathrooms and many have patios or balconies (some with views across the Orchard Grove green). All the apartments have their own, allocated parking space – either under croft, or surface parking.

All the homes in the Cedar and Maple apartments have access to a central lift in the lobby, secure main entrances and beautifully landscaped communal gardens.

To make it as easy as possible to move to Orchard Grove, Linden Homes is offering its Assisted Move scheme*. Under the scheme, buyers receive help to get the price for their existing home so they can reserve their new home. Linden Homes will deal with the estate agents and pay their fees.

One very popular aspect of life at Orchard Grove is the fact that the High Street is just five minutes’ walk away.

Ruislip High Street is renowned for its historical and quaint shop fronts – shops that include Waitrose and Marks and Spencer’s – as well as its selection of bars, cafes and boutiques.
