They say home is where the heart is – and after four years of helping to build a sustainable community at Driffield in East Riding, Linden Homes is preparing to move on.
The housebuilder has assisted dozens of residents in achieving their new home goal at the popular Heartlands development since it was launched in autumn 2017.
And with only a handful of properties left to sell – marking a last chance to buy at the development, Linden Homes (part of Vistry Group) is bidding a fond farewell.
The final three-bedroom homes are built in terraced and detached designs, and boast all the comforts and requirements of modern living.
Customer confidence and high demand for Heartland’s 84 homes has led to the huge success of the development, in spite of the challenges presented by the pandemic.
