Demand At Doncaster New Homes Development Sees Second Buy Off Plan Phase

Demand at a new homes development in the Hatfield area of Doncaster has prompted house builder Linden Homes to release the next phase of properties to buy off plan.

Linden Homes East Yorkshire officially launched the Harper’s Health development in March. However, just several weeks later, all available detached properties on the first phase of the 211-home site have been snapped up from the drawing board.

This success has promoted Linden Homes to release the next phase of homes, some of which have been earmarked for the first-time buyer market and subject to specific Government funding for those looking to step onto the housing ladder, for off plan reservations.

Harpers Heath is a fabulous collection of traditionally inspired two, three and four-bedroom homes – the first of which are due for completion this summer. A show home is due to open in late May.
