Linden Homes is holding an open weekend at its Kingston Mills development in Bradford-on-Avon to explain how its range of flexible moving schemes can help you secure a beautiful new home at this award-winning site.
The housebuilder is holding the event this weekend, August 17 and 18, and staff will be on hand to offer free advice and guidance on its Part Exchange*, Assisted Move* and Help to Buy† schemes.
Sue Scholfield, Sales Director at Linden Homes Western, said: “We have seen a lot of interest in our flexible moving schemes, which can help you get on – or move up – the property ladder.
“The purpose of this weekend is to give potential new home buyers the opportunity to have a look around this beautiful development and ask questions about the schemes.
“Through our Part Exchange scheme, we’ll be your guaranteed cash buyer so you can buy and sell in one easy move. No chain, no estate agent fee – and no hassle! And, with Assisted Move, you buy one of our new homes and we’ll sell yours!”
Help to Buy is open to all qualifying home buyers of new-build properties in England up to the value of £600,000 – not just first-time buyers. Under the scheme, the Government provides an interest-free loan for the first five years of up to 20% of the property value. This means that, with a minimum deposit of 5%, a new home can be secured with a 75% mortgage. The Government loan can be repaid at any time or on the sale of the property.
Among the house styles available at The Island, the latest phase at Kingston Mills, is The Isle, a four-bedroom, four-storey townhouse. It features a double garage and a handy utility room on the ground floor while there is a spacious open-plan lounge, kitchen and dining area on the first floor, perfect for families and entertaining.
The second floor has two large bedrooms, both with an en-suite bathroom, with two further bedrooms and a family bathroom on the top floor.
The Island offers 32 stylish homes in a mix of two-bedroom apartments and three- and four-bedroom townhouses, all of which are of an extremely high specification with top of the range fixtures and fittings.
