A Hassle-free Move And Fresh New Start For Homebuyer Paula
05 Mar 2013

NOT many people can claim to fall in love at first sight with a brand new house – and then go on to purchase it – without really having any intention to move!

However, that’s just what happened to Paula Sheppard during a trip to Linden Homes’ Market Rasen development to visit her brother.

Impressed with the kind of home she could get for her money at De Aston Park, compared to where she was living in Hampshire, Paula decided to make the move.

She said: “Initially I had no intention of moving, but after looking at the development and a particular three-bedroom home I fell in love with, I spoke to the sales team who guided me effortlessly through the process.”

Paula – who moved from a 20-year-old home into plush brand new one – sold her existing property 200 + miles away through the Assisted Move scheme.

This popular incentive allowed her to reserve the new home at De Aston Park without the hassle of selling her existing property.

Under the scheme, Linden Homes will deal with your estate agent, and pay their fees, on your behalf – helping you to get the best price for your old home.

The scheme worked so well for Paula, that she sold her home within 24 hours, and moved into her new home just two months after her initial visit to the development.

“I was delighted with the whole Linden Homes process, and there is no doubt that I wouldn’t have been able to sell my old home and move into my new one at the speed I did without the Assisted Move scheme. My thanks also to sales executive Cliff Leonard for the excellent service he provided on behalf of the company in guiding me through the whole process.” she said.

“I was working full time and Linden Homes took the whole process out of my hands, it was hassle-free and I gained the price I was hoping for on my property in Hampshire.”

Now settled into her three-bedroom home, Paula is enjoying her new surroundings and being close to family.

Meanwhile, a new phase of three and four bedroom homes has been released for sale at De Aston Park – with a number of reservations being made as far in advance as Autumn 2013.

Others are due for completion in May / June, and a handful are ready to move into now.

Market Rasen – with its famous Racecourse – is perfectly positioned, enjoying its independence as a busy market town with many amenities but while being just a half and hour’s drive from Gainsborough and Lincoln.

The De Aston Park development is open from Thursday to Monday from 10.30am until 5pm. Alternatively, contact the sales team on 01673 844555 or email deaston.park@lindenhomes.co.uk to find out about the availability and incentives.
