Linden Homes is throwing a lifeline to house-hunters who face being priced out of the market by the trend of demands for bigger deposits.
The company’s innovative Step Up scheme is offering all its customers – not just its first-time buyers – 95 per cent mortgages with a market-leading rate to give them that vital lift onto or up the property ladder.
Among Linden Homes’ projects where Step Up has been successful is the developing Evolution Quarter, in the thriving market town of Orpington in south-east London, where a number of people have taken advantage of the product.
