Exploring green spaces
Some of the Cambridgeshire Fens' most beautiful natural landscapes are right on the doorstep of our new builds in Sutton. Wicken Fen Nature Reserve, managed by the National Trust, is just 11 miles away and offers miles of peaceful trails through ancient fenland – perfect for a morning walk or a family day out spotting local wildlife. Bird enthusiasts will love the nearby RSPB Ouse Fen Reserve, one of the largest wetland nature reserves in the UK.
Closer to home, the new housing development benefits from two new sports pitches, a new LEAP play area and an informal LEAP area, giving families plenty of space to get outside and enjoy the fresh air.
Taking time out
Sutton has a genuine community spirit, with plenty of local spots to enjoy.
