Home hunters in Yorkshire can curb the cost of moving to one of the area’s most popular postcodes - thanks to an £8,000 contribution from developer Linden Homes.

Potential purchasers at Tara Fields at East Ayton, close to the coastal resort of Scarborough, can see off the January blues by reserving one of its popular new homes between now and 13 March 2022 in preparation for an early summer completion.
