Visitors to Linden Homes West Yorkshire’s development in Pontefract are in for a treat this month – with not one, but THREE show/view homes opening their doors.
The new 161-home development at Cobblers Lane received its official unveiling a few weeks ago, and interest in the stunning selection of two, three and four-bedroom houses has already taken off.
And with a range of styles and designs to suit customers including first time buyers, young professionals and families, there is now a chance for potential purchasers to see just what is on offer.
Two show homes and a view home will open on Saturday, February 25 from 10.30am.
The four-bedroom detached Allerthorpe is the ideal family home – and the largest home on the development. A hallway leads into a spacious family room and lounge, with the kitchen and dining area (boasting doors which open onto the garden) located towards the back of the property.
A must for any family home, the kitchen has a range of units and comes complete with oven, hob and extractor fan and a door leads to the utility area with access to the outside. On the first floor, the master bedroom has an en suite, and the three further bedrooms have access to the family bathroom.
The Burnby is another four-bedroom detached design, with front facing lounge with feature window. The cloakroom and open plan kitchen / dining area are off the hallway to the rear of the home. For something slightly smaller, the Everingham – which opens as a three-bedroom semi-detached view home – has a front facing kitchen complete with fitted units, oven, hob and extractor fan.
The open plan lounge with dining area, both of which have double doors leading to the rear garden, provide an excellent family and entertaining area. The master bedroom has en suite facilities.
The first homes at Manor Park will be ready to move into this spring and summer, and there is an opportunity for customers to reserve from plan – and reap the benefits of snapping up a home from the drawing board.
Manor Park is perfectly positioned to suit commuters, as Pontefract is well served by three local railway stations and the M62, and is less than half an hour from major cities like Leeds, Wakefield and Doncaster – which has its own airport.
As well as being the official home of Haribo - Pontefract itself boasts a number of schools offering primary and secondary education, and is home to a thriving town centre alongside a library, museum and many other amenities.
