House buyers are being urged not to miss out on the stunning new homes at an exclusive development overlooking the spectacular cornish coast.
Linden Homes is building a selection of 2, 3 & 4 bedroom homes in the classic Cornish village of Madron.
The development, called Gwel Enys – which means ‘view of an island’ in Cornish – is located on an elevated site around two miles north of Penzance and offers breathtaking views across the bay to St Michael’s Mount.

Buyers will be able to secure a home at Gwel Enys with just a 5% deposit and 75% mortgage using the Help to Buy scheme. The remaining 20% is provided by the Government as an equity loan which is interest-free for the first five years.
According to the New Homes Mortgage Helpline, a buyer who purchases a home at Gwel Enys worth £209,950 could pay around £561.74 per month in mortgage payments, based on a typical 2-year fixed rate mortgage with an interest rate of 1.74%.
Kate Stamp, from the New Homes Mortgage Helpline, said: “Not only has Help to Buy made home ownership an affordable reality for thousands of people, in many cases people who use the scheme are spending less each month on their mortgage than they were in rent.
“However, Help to Buy is not just for first-time buyers, so it is also a great option for second-steppers looking to make their money go further when upsizing into a larger property.”
