...Investment In Strategic Land
A key appointment has been made at Linden Homes with Andrew Tildesley joining as Strategic Land Managing Director. This appointment comes as the business announces its intention to significantly increase their investment in strategic land with the aim of doubling its current portfolio of sites in the next three years.
Andrew will be the first Managing Director to have been appointed in this role to drive strategic land, and leads a growing team with six regional strategic land managers who specialise in identifying and promoting land with longer term future housing potential.
Andrew, who will be based at Linden Homes’ office in Exeter said: “Strategic land is moving up a gear for Linden Homes. Currently less than 10 per cent of annual completions come from strategic land sites which identifies a huge opportunity to add value to the business by delivering more strategic projects. We are looking for suitable land opportunities across all regions although currently we have a particular focus on sourcing more land opportunities for our Midlands and South East business units.
