Savvy Customers Already Stepping Into Spring 2014 At New East Yorkshire Developments
24 Oct 2013

FORWARD thinking Linden Homes customers are already stepping into Spring 2014, by reserving off plan at two new developments in East Yorkshire.

Savvy buyers have opted not to go into house hunting hibernation this autumn, but have snapped up almost a quarter of the number of newly released properties at developments in Pocklington and Wilberfoss.

Around 25 per cent of the new homes currently available at Wilberfoss have already  been bought from plan – despite not being completed until between next March and June!

Interest in both developments at the two fantastic locations has seen a surge of early reservation of two, three and four-bedroom homes.

Having added to its extensive portfolio of new homes, Linden Homes is now urging other potential buyers to reserve off plan and avoid disappointment.

Sales director Steve Woomble said: “These two newly released developments seem to be following the trend of creating a buzz around reserving off plan.

“As customers who have bought from plan elsewhere in the region have discovered, there are many benefits to picking a preferred plot before the first bricks are even laid – demonstrating a confidence from customers in our carefully designed homes and sought-after locations.”

The York village of Wilberfoss will boast a small collection of 12 exclusive detached new homes. The Stonebridge Park development is set to capture the imagination of the discerning customers – and build on the company’s current reputation in and around East Riding.

The location makes it the ideal community retreat, while being close to the Cathedral city of York. A number of four-bedroom homes are currently available to reserve off plan.

Meanwhile, the choice continues. A selection of 99 stylish two, three, four and five-bedroom homes will make up Wilberforce Manor in the pretty market town of Pocklington - perfectly positioned at the foot of the Yorkshire Wolds – while being close to the town centre and the Pocklington School.

There are huge advantages to cherry-picking the best plots and reserve off plan fresh from the drawing board, including:

  • Selecting a plot with a sought-after south facing garden
  • Choosing your preferred taste in bathroom wall tiles
  • Having a blank canvas from which to plan your new home
  • Reaping all the benefits of lower utility bills, better sound proofing and reduced maintenance bills that new homes can offer
  • New materials used in the construction process also mean that new homes are more energy efficient that their older counterparts
  • A 10-year National House Building Council (NHBC) protection
