Househunters looking for a speedy part exchange on their old property could get a quick answer at a special event hosted by Linden Homes at the latest phase of its popular Linden Park development in Lyde Green, Bristol.
On July 11th and 12th the award-winning housebuilder is inviting visitors to put its team of experts to the test and see if they can confirm a part exchange offer on the day, subject to terms and conditions.

For home-owners who want to secure one of these popular properties quickly without the hassle, cost and time of selling their own home first, Linden Homes’ Part Exchange scheme is the perfect opportunity.
The simple process begins with the buyer choosing their Linden home and putting down a reservation fee. Providing the current property is not worth more than 70 per cent of the chosen new home’s price, buyers could buy and sell in one easy move, with Linden Homes as their guaranteed buyer. The buyer doesn’t even have to move out until the new home is ready – so all they have to do is start packing.
