As the nights draw in for the winter, it might be tempting to put those house move plans on hold. But with so many current incentives and schemes on offer, this could be an excellent time to think about selling your home and moving to somewhere lighter, brighter, more convenient and more picturesque.
In any house move, there are two major hurdles – finding a new home and selling the old one.
Both have the potential to be a real headache. But the first part – finding a new home is simple:

You don’t need to pay an estate agent and you will not be part of a property chain. Once your home has been valued, Linden Homes will make you an offer for it – freeing you up to buy your new town house at Reflection.
