New Homes Sold Off Plan Ahead Of Show Home Opening In Northamptonshire
15 Sep 2015

Savvy home hunters in Northamptonshire have been snapping up brand new properties from plan at Linden Homes Midlands’ newest development in Brackley.

A preview evening of the Carpenter’s Place development at the end of August attracted huge interest from prospective buyers – with six new homes reserved from plan to date, almost a month ahead of the official show home opening.

A fantastic selection of 139 two, three and four-bedroom homes will make up Carpenter's Place, which include terraced, semi-detached and detached styles.

Located on Northampton Road, the development is perfectly positioned to provide easy access to the A43 – which is ideal for commuters to Northampton and Milton Keynes, which are both less than 40 minutes away.

Two new show homes at the development are due to open their doors during the weekend of 26/27 September, when visitors will have the chance to see just what is on offer and find out more about the incentives available to help curb the cost of moving.

These include Help To Buy, where eligible purchasers require a minimum fiver per cent deposit, and Part Exchange.

Linden Homes is building on its success and growing association with Northamptonshire, with existing developments at Burton Latimer and Higham Ferrers already proving popular.

Linden Homes Midlands sales director Clare Phillips said: “We are very excited about this development, and the fact that we are continuing to grow our portfolio in Northamptonshire with some excellent locations and great house designs to suit all budgets and lifestyle requirements.

“This early interest and the number of reservations from plan are evidence that Carpenter’s Place is already becoming a popular development in a sought after location and we would advise anyone interested in reserving at the site to act now to avoid disappointment.”

And by registering early and reserving from plan, home hunters can reap the many benefits including:

  • Selecting a plot with a sought-after south facing garden
  • Contemporary kitchens and bathrooms
  • Choosing preferred taste in bathroom wall tiles
  • Choosing preferred kitchen units and worktops
  • Having a blank canvas from which to plan a new home
  • Lower utility bills and reduced maintenance bills that new homes can offer
  • New materials used in the construction process also mean that new homes are more energy efficient than their older counterparts.
  • 10-year National House Building Council (NHBC) protection

The first new homes at Carpenter’s Place are due for completion November/December. For more details, contact the sales team on 01280 428243.
