One of the United Kingdom’s largest developers, Linden Homes, has won best Low Rise Development in the South of England at this year’s Premier Guarantee Excellence Awards for its Mulberry Fields development in Bognor Regis, West Sussex.
Mulberry Fields beat over 250 entries from across the South of England to claim the top spot. The 99-home development in Bognor Regis is a stunning selection of two, three and four-bedroom homes, making it the ideal development for family buyers.
Commenting on the award win, Managing Director of Linden Homes South, Phil Chapman commented: “We’re absolutely delighted to see Mulberry Fields claim the best Low Rise Development title at this year’s Premier Guarantee Excellence Awards, it’s testament to the fantastic work that our talented team have put in from the initial land-buying, all the way through to sales and aftercare.

In the same category, Linden Homes South West’s Church Walk development was highly commended, as was Linden Homes Eastern Region’s Meridian Gate development, which was also highly commended in the Social Housing Development of the Year category.
The Linden Homes South team was recently buoyed by two Site Managers from the region, Matt Coe and Lewis Little winning NHBC Pride in the Job awards for their work on Beaumont Park in Ringwood and Kilnhurst Gardens in Verwood.
