Linden Homes Eastern has ended 2017 with an impressive number of sales and reservations at The Boulevards development, Its contribution to Britain’s biggest new town at Northstowe, near Cambridge.
As of January 2018, Linden Homes had fourteen complete, eight reserved and four exchanged sales, meaning its first release of homes have all been snapped up.
The Boulevards is part of the new Northstowe town development, which is the first new town to be built in the UK for fifty years. Linden Homes’ contribution has sparked a huge amount of interest from both first-time buyers and families alike.
