How does Assisted Move work?
Once you’ve found your dream home at Millwood Park, Linden Homes will instruct a local estate agent to sell your current home within an agreed time-period. Once a buyer is found, you can then reserve your new Linden home by paying a reservation fee and completing a reservation agreement.
Linden Homes will then recommend independent solicitors and mortgage advisors, who can help you achieve an exchange within the exclusive 28-day reservation period. On the simultaneous legal completion of the sale of your current home and the purchase of your new Linden home, Linden Homes will pay your estate agent fees!
