Investors are being tempted with a triple enticement to buy a new home at Hawkswood, Bicester, and gain themselves tens of thousands of pounds.
As well as an offer by award-winning housebuilder Linden Homes to pay £5,000 towards their stamp duty, customers could save even more by getting in before April 1st when expensive changes in stamp duty on second properties come in.

The extra stamp duty charges were announced in the budget last year and mean that people buying buy-to-let or second homes for over £40,000 will pay an extra three percentage points on each step of stamp duty – building up thousands in additional costs.
