Homebuyers at a Linden Homes location in Hailsham can now take a tour inside their future property even before it is built, thanks to state-of-the-art technology.
Customers at Liberty Place off Marshfoot Lane, can now take advantage of the Futurium system, an interactive 3D modelling software tool which was launched at the site this month (February).
The Futurium system will enable buyers to view, explore and customise their new homes through an interactive 3D visual display.
Linden Homes is building a share of the 195 private properties at the development with an additional 105 affordable homes being built available for local people through rent or shared ownership.
Millie Groves, marketing manager for Vistry Kent, said: “The introduction of the Futurium system at Liberty Place is an incredibly exciting and significant event for the development. I don’t think it is overstating the case to say that this technology will help revolutionise the house-buying journey for both customers and sales advisors.
