Linden Homes’ Milbury Reach development in Exminster is leading the way, as homebuyers are treated to a tour of its show home and an energy efficiency display in its leading marketing suite.

“Hearing or reading about how energy efficient a boiler is doesn’t always sound that interesting, but when you can actually visualise the boiler and get hands-on, it just brings it to life and certainly makes my life easier!

The development has been incredibly popular since it launched last year and attracts high levels of visitors. Currently available are a range of two and three bedroom homes.
